Run the shortest real path first, then expand.

First-run checklist

1. Open Dictionary and go to permissions setup.
2. Authorize Accessibility first.
3. Authorize Screen Recording if you use Hover Lookup or OCR.
4. Authorize Input Monitoring only if you enable Option-key-required hover.
5. Trigger one lookup from selection and run one rewrite action.
6. Trigger one OCR lookup from screenshot text.

If these steps work, your main workflow is ready.

Quick verification flow

1. Select a sentence in any app.
2. Open the selection menu and run Lookup.
3. Run Translate on the same text.
4. Run Rewrite on the same text.
5. Use OCR on a screenshot subtitle and verify you get a result.
